Responsibilities
- Guide and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing properties
- Understand the client's needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values
- Promote properties through effective marketing strategies
- Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Minimum age of 18
