As a Realtor at our friendly and welcoming Windermere office, your main responsibilities will include marketing listings and providing guidance to both sellers and buyers. You will have the opportunity to grow your career in real estate and make a positive impact on people's lives.

Responsibilities:
- Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price and under the best terms
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
- Provide guidance to sellers on how to effectively promote their properties
- Stay knowledgeable about the market and best practices
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- Proven track record of sales in real estate
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively sell properties
- Outstanding people skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Demonstrable aptitude in negotiation and problem-solving
- Trustworthy, reliable, and results-driven
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years or older
