Full Job Description
Assists in planning of simulation activities in coordination with Department Director and Course Directors. Responsible for scheduling of activities, students, faculty, instructors, and standardized patients.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Schedules and selects standardized patients for activities in collaboration with Standardized Patient Trainer
- Schedules faculty and instructors for procedure labs, debrief sessions, and manikin-based simulations
- Schedules students in time slots for simulation activities, coordinating with other activities
- Organizes logistics of each session including; assisting with setup, paperwork, schedules, room assignments and reservations
- Responsible for clinical instructor, adjunct, and standardized patient contracts
- Coordinates with Administrative Assistant for the Clinical Chairs regarding clinical course needs
- Creates activities in the Simulation Department’s Learning Management System (LearningSpace)
- Assists in recording student attendance
- Assists with manikin based simulations in running manikins
- Assists Simulation Center Assistant in ordering lunches, room reservations, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Minimum Associate’s degree in healthcare or related field
- Clinical background optional (EMT, CNA)
