The Solution Engineer is critical to Launchpoint’s mission of delivering advanced technology solutions while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. By efficiently connecting systems and meeting quality standards, you will directly impact operational excellence and client success.

Core Responsibilities and Key Deliverables

Task Execution:

  • Manage and execute client workloads based on high-level task lists with pre-set time estimates.
  • Implement integrations using native tools, connection platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make), or custom solutions in collaboration with software engineers.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet Launchpoint’s high standards for quality and efficiency.

Technology Integration:

  • Connect business tools (e.g., CRMs, marketing platforms) to create seamless workflows for clients.
  • Explain how systems and APIs communicate in clear, client-friendly terms, even without coding expertise.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in workflows or integrations to maintain system reliability.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with Account Strategists to ensure solutions align with client goals.
  • Provide regular updates on task progress and flag potential challenges that may impact timelines.
  • Partner with software engineers to scope and deliver custom-built tools when required.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report on task completion relative to time estimates, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
  • Continuously refine workflows to improve client outcomes and operational efficiency.

  • Consistently meet or exceed pre-determined time estimates for task completion.
  • Deliver solutions that align with client expectations and enhance operational efficiency.

Metrics:

  • Total hours of pre-determined time estimates completed.
  • Success rate of system integrations and workflows.
  • Client satisfaction and feedback on delivered solutions.



Collaboration and Integration

You will report to the Product Director and collaborate with Account Strategists, Software Engineers, and Client Success teams. Your work will directly support Launchpoint’s broader strategy of delivering seamless, impactful solutions to our clients.
