We’re looking for an Account Supervisor experienced in 360 strategy and campaign work, with an emphasis on paid and always-on social. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and collaboratively with individuals at all levels within our client’s organizations across strategy, design, social, analytics, and program management. They will confidently tackle quick-turn deadlines and partner closely with client counterparts to understand marketing planning processes, be able to provide strategic business POVs and ensure that client deliverables and expectations are not only met but exceeded.
Social and TV experience is required. Experience in the QSR category and/or leading an IAT is preferred. Must be located in Chicago with occasional travel required.
Role + Responsibilities:
- Assumes the role of senior day-to-day client contacts - develops and cultivates a strong relationship with the client team
- Leads social strategy and content development. Supports 360 advertising delivery, including broadcast TV, online video, digital/app, POP and brand partnerships.
- Distills and interprets client feedback to communicate the next steps and deliverables effectively to the team promptly
- Possess the ability to contribute to and sell strategic concepts, drive initiatives, and represent the team and the Agency's values
- Demonstrate micro and macro knowledge of the client’s business by continuous research of the brand, its categories, and competitors
- Have a finger on the pulse of the QSR category and the client’s brand, digital presence, social trends, and channels
- Responsible for the development of the highest quality of creative and design work by sharing knowledge of the client/business/brand and demonstrating strong creative judgment
- Understands short-term and long-term brand, social, digital, and influencer strategies
- This role reports to an Account Director and VP, Account Management and works closely with a team of agency Creatives, Strategists, and Producers. Maintains constant communication with Account Director on account status, and excels at managing both up and down
- Ensures smooth running of finances, contracts, and administrative systems by providing strong project management abilities in partnership with a Project Manager and Associate Program Director
Requirements
- 6+ years as a brand steward and business partner to clients; with at least 3 years delivering/managing integrated marketing campaigns within an agency environment
- Must have experience managing client relationships and being on set for campaign productions
- An empathetic, collaborative human who does not hesitate to be proactive, partner with the client and agency peers, and contribute to the broader agency
- Success in presenting strategic solutions and POVs that engage consumers and build brands in broadcast, digital and social channels, while keeping in mind the broader marketing landscape
- Innate curiosity and entrepreneurship
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
