CAS Manager

Hire Resolve's client, a reputable accounting CPA firm, is seeking a highly-skilled and experienced CAS Manager to join their team. As a CAS Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Client Accounting Services (CAS) department, providing financial and accounting solutions to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the CAS department, including staff leadership, training, and performance management
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing high-quality accounting services
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and budgets
• Implement and monitor internal control procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Provide guidance and support to clients on various accounting matters, including financial analysis and forecasting
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency
• Manage multiple client engagements and prioritize workload to meet deadlines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent professional certification
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on CAS
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with accounting software and tools
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
