At USA Clinics Group, we use our expertise to provide the best possible service for our patients and are growing our Training department! We are looking for 2-Corporate Trainers to join our team! Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Corporate Trainer will be responsible for constant training and re-training.
This role will be based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Northbrook, IL and is eligible for hybrid schedule after successful training period.
Pay: $52,000-$65,000
Responsibilities
- Responsible for facilitation of Instructor-Led or Virtual Instructor-Led new hire training courses, new processes, and continued education for existing employees and new hires.
- Delivering training materials and hands on training for all departments
- Understand workflow, policies and procedures related to clinical associates and work with Subject Matter Experts to ensure the most current information is being conveyed.
- Effectively navigate and troubleshoot basic technical issues and connectivity for virtual sessions.
- Communicating new information and workflow changes.
- Provide feedback during and after training programs.
- Perform physical preparation of training materials including production and maintenance of course materials
- Evaluate training programs and incorporate feedback to improve future programs.
- Maintain documentation regarding workflows in the clinical applications of the EMR and other clinical applications.
- Comply with policies and procedures regarding clinical applications change management for configuration updates and tracking.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-years of conducting training or leading virtual classrooms
- Experience creating training materials or related PowerPoint presentations
- Experience with presentations to small and large groups in classroom or virtual environments, along with one-on-one training
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Experience with Apple mobile Products (iPad, iPhone)
Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-years of EMR experience
- Ability to train and evaluate the success of the employees.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to details.
- Highly motivated and optimistic.
- Appropriate working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of products, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
