Electrician

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in manufacturing facilities
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems and perform preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all electrical work
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers on electrical projects
• Maintain accurate records of all electrical maintenance and repair work performed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; completed apprenticeship in electrical systems preferred
• Valid electrician license and relevant certifications
• Proven experience as an electrician within the manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
