Full Job Description
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the HR Generalist executes the daily functions of the human resource department supporting all Beko US activities and employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with hiring managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings; coordinate with employment agencies to procure direct or temp-to-hire talent and assist department leaders in the management of agency workers.
- Oversees new employee orientation to communicate company policies, coordinate integration to the Beko team, and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
HR Administration:
- Serve as first point of person-to-person contact for answering questions about HR programs, processes and tools.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
- Process employee changes, including promotions, transfers, and terminations, and update relevant HR systems accordingly.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
- Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics, providing insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Payroll Processing:
- Compile payroll data, process and transmit payroll in an accurate, timely manner in accordance with established payroll processing calendars, and state and federal regulations.
- Provide administrative support by processing payroll-related expenses and reimbursements, responding to requests for verification of employment.
Benefits Administration:
- Communicate and help administer the employee benefit program, conduct open enrollment, resolve employee questions and problems, and research or reconcile information.
Support HR with other department projects and operational requirements as needed.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Technical - Experience with software applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and HRIS systems required. Working knowledge of applicant tracking software and ADP payroll a must.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR Administration and/or as an HR Generalist Required.
- 5+ years of experience in Payroll Processing Required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration Preferred.
- Multi-State Payroll Processing Experience Required.
- Certified Payroll Professional and/or HR Certification Preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS and HCM software such as SAP SuccessFactors and ADP Required.
Schedule:
Monday-Wednesday: In Office
Thursday-Friday: Remote Option
