As we continue to grow, we currently have a tremendous opportunity for a Business Development Specialist who is up for the challenge.
As a member of our team you would be responsible for maintaining and sustaining the HR systems and processes to support the administrative aspects of human resources function to ensure a stable, efficient HR administrative platform related to benefit administration, HRIS application, policy and procedure development all supporting the life cycle of employee relationships.
Building a strong rapport with Senior Leadership, Hiring Managers and Employees to deliver immediate impact on engagement and morale. Highly analytical with a focus on clear HR data and analytics to provide insights and build proper processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies that support the organizational objectives and growth.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, managing risk and ensuring all HR practices are compliant.
- Professional Development: Implement and oversee a performance management system that aligns with business goals; design and execute training programs to address skill gaps and promote professional development.
- New Hire & Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Employee Support & Engagement: Act as a primary contact for employee inquiries and foster a positive work environment through effective engagement and conflict resolution strategies.
- Employee Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate and compliant employee records, conducting regular audits within the HRIS system.
- Termination Process Management: Manage the termination process, ensuring compliance and dignity in exit procedures.
- Financial Oversight: Conduct monthly audits of benefits billing, resolving discrepancies and ensuring financial practices align with HR policies.
- Strategic Reporting & Analytics: Provide insightful HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making and demonstrate HR’s impact on the organization.
Requirements
Key Skills and Capabilities:
- Highly organized self- starter with strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well with others in a professional manner in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to learn new software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Member, Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
- Minimum five (5) years related experience, preferably in a Human Resources within the healthcare setting.
