This energetic and adaptable individual is an integral part of our product team working to deliver how care navigation is delivered. The Intern will work closely with subject matter experts to create company-specific generative AI solutions tailored for creating demos, client enhancements and reports. You will gain hands-on experience in developing cutting-edge AI technologies while contributing to real-world projects.

Responsibilities:
- Using Rely Health infrastructure to design healthcare workflows embedded with AI
- Creative ability to synthesize workflows and perform modifications based on needs
- Ability to learn and work with prompt-based engineering workflows to design end to end AI phone calls
- Collaborate with Product and Operations team members to understand project requirements and objectives
- Research and explore existing generative AI models and algorithms applicable to client needs
- Design and develop custom generative AI solutions tailored to Rely Health’s needs and objectives
- Train and fine-tune AI models using relevant datasets to optimize performance and accuracy.
- Test and evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions through rigorous experimentation and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and systems.
- Provide documentation and training materials to facilitate the adoptions and usage of AI solutions by team members.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and techniques, with a particular focus on natural language processing (NLP) and LLM.
- Familiarity with JSON structure, CSV formatting, and other common data formats.
- Interpret basic code expressions, including familiarity with simple operations such as string concatenation, mathematical calculations, and logical evaluations using common languages like Node.js
- Competence with simple platform logic such as branching logic, if/then statements, etc.
- Ability to collect, digitize, and structure client content material into a specific digital format
- Provide actionable insights from complex data sets, enhancing project outcomes and decision-making processes.
- Project manage utilizing project management software to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
- Consistently keep up with industry trends and best practices
- Synthesize information and feedback from diverse sources, translating it into comprehensive strategies and innovative solutions.
Continuously improve, actively seeking and suggesting opportunities to enhance workflows, productivity and the overall quality of content.

Location: Remote - California, Illinois, Minnesota, Oklahoma, Oregon
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Job Status: Full Time - Temporary
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday with occasional evenings and/or weekends

Salary: DOE $23-$29/hr
Requirements
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Majoring in engineering, design, UI / product, technology, AI/ML, or any related field
- Experience with LLM prompting and AI prompt engineering
- Experience with No-Code Platforms: Webflow, Zapier, Etc.
- Understanding / experience with common terminology, verbiage, and workflows in healthcare / medical spaces
- Basic UI/UX Design Knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices in AI.
- Prior experience or coursework in AI development, NLP, or related fields is a plus.
