Currently, we are seeking a Live Chat Agent who will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to superior customer service and strong client relationships. Responsibilities
Manage live chat interactions with customers to provide prompt and accurate information regarding aircraft parts and services.
Assist customers with inquiries, including pricing, availability, order status, and technical support.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and services to provide informed responses to client questions.
Document customer interactions and gather feedback to improve services and support processes.
Identify opportunities to upsell products and services during customer interactions while maintaining a focus on solutions.
Provide a high level of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in live chat or online support environments.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
Familiarity with the aviation industry and aircraft parts is a plus, but not mandatory.
Proficient in using live chat software and other customer relationship management tools.
Ability to multitask and respond to customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing customer concerns.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
