Your Mission:

• Lead and inspire a North American team of about 10 maintenance and reliability wizards. Your toolkit? Strategic hiring, talent cultivation, and stellar performance management.
• Craft and execute a forward-looking strategy that syncs perfectly with our overarching goals, especially within Maintenance, Reliability Engineering, and broader Engineering endeavors.
• Champion our global Maintenance Excellence Program, setting ambitious objectives and ensuring they're met with unwavering dedication and innovative thinking.
• Be a guiding star, offering mentorship, sharing industry wisdom, and steering technological breakthroughs in equipment health, analytics, and maintenance methodologies.
• Take the reins of national policies, procedures, and practices concerning Maintenance, Utilities, and Facilities, alongside championing our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Provide international leadership for the Maintenance Excellence Program, aiming for unparalleled standards in Maintenance and Reliability.
• Revolutionize our approach with cutting-edge analytical tools and standardized reporting methods across our network.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table:

• A BS/BA degree is a must, with a strong preference for Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Operations Management backgrounds. A Master's or MBA? Even better.
• A rich history of 10-15+ years in maintenance management within the manufacturing sector, ideally within consumer products, foods, snacks, high-speed packaging, or similar domains.
• Experience in process/project engineering, especially with automation and robotics within capital projects, will set you apart.
• An in-depth understanding of maintenance systems, including work order processes, preventive/predictive maintenance, TPM, and inventory/scheduling software.
• Proven experience as a strategic maintenance leader across multiple sites, showcasing your ability to communicate effectively, plan meticulously, and prioritize strategically.
