Your Mission:
- Team up with the Engineering Manager and our crew of problem-solvers to supercharge our facility with engineering wizardry, upgrades, and tweaks.
- Own the spotlight on production, assembly, tooling, and calibration stages, making sure they shine like the stars they are.
- Craft manufacturing methods that are smoother than jazz and create process routes that'll make your head spin (in a good way).
- Design, source, and bring to life the coolest tooling and finishing gear within budgetary bounds – because who said engineering can't be groovy?
- Crunch numbers like a pro with cost/benefit analyses that'll make spreadsheets sing and dances flow.
- Lead the charge on safety, making sure our workplace is as secure as a bear hug.
- Spot quality gremlins and zap 'em out of existence, ensuring our products are as flawless as your dance moves.

Requirements
What they are looking for:
- BS in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering is required
- 3+ years’ experience as a Manufacturing Engineering, including strong Continuous Improvement work is required (preferably with custom products or in a job shop)
- Experience with CAD (AutoCAD, SolidWorks or Creo) is required.
- Experience using analytical tools such as: DOE, FMEA, SPC is needed.
- The ability to work independently is needed
- Prior project management experience, start to finish, is highly desirable
- Prior capital project experience is also helpful
- Experience with lean manufacturing and value stream mapping is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with all levels of staff
