Full Job Description
Job Summary
As the Procurement specialist at WEBIT Services, your primary responsibility is to manage the procurement process from quote generation to the delivery of goods and services. This includes handling quote requests, coordinating with vendors, managing inventory, creating contracts, and ensuring that projects, workstations, and swaps are smoothly transitioned to the implementation phase. You work onsite and closely with the vCIO, Solutions Engineers, and Project Managers to ensure that all procurement activities align with the company’s strategic goals and client needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Quote Management:
- Handled all "Needs Quotes" tickets on the Quotes Board.
- Generate accurate and competitive quotes.
- Coordinated approvals with the vCIO.
- Order Processing: Manage the ordering of parts and services from approved vendors, aligning with client requirements and company policies.
- Project Coordination: Transition approved quotes into projects, ensuring that all necessary documentation, such as the SOW and Phases and Tasks CSV, is included, and that the ticket status is appropriately updated.
- Collaboration with other teams:
- vCIO: work closely to ensure that all quotes and contracts align with client’s strategic goals and have the necessary approvals before being sent to the client.
- Solutions Engineering: Collaborate to ensure that all technical requirements are accurately reflected in the quotes and that the SOW is included for projects.
- Project Management: Coordinate to ensure that approved quotes are seamlessly transition into active projects and that all necessary resources are allocated.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, technology, supply chain management, or related field preferred
Experience:
- Experience in MSP or IT sourcing required
- Supply chain experience a plus
Skills:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to think strategically and critically
- Understanding of MSP market and how it operates, constantly looking out for risks, key trends, competition, and other factors
- Ability to develop and maintain trusting and positive relationships with suppliers in order to retain great clients and take advantage of benefits
- Adept in using technology to manage procurement in order to stay in front of upcoming changes

Additional Information:
- Position Type: Full time, salaried
- Salary Range: $65,000-80,000/yr.
- Unlimited PTO Eligibility: After 90 days
- Employee Ownership Eligible after 1 year of service
