Position Overview
Acentra Health is seeking a dedicated Program Supervisor to join their team. The Program Supervisor will play a critical role in supporting Acentra Health's mission.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of assigned programs
- Supervise program staff and ensure adherence to program goals and objectives
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures
- Provide training, guidance, and support to program staff
- Monitor program activities and outcomes to ensure quality and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in program planning, evaluation, and improvement efforts
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve program goals
- Prepare reports and presentations on program activities and outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in program management or a related role
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of healthcare programs and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Compensation
The pay range for this position is $ 75,000-88,000 annually.
Based on our compensation philosophy, an applicant’s placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
