Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership, Execution & Strategy:
- Managers: oversee divisional sales performance and support Sales Associates in achieving targets.
- Directors & VPs: guide Sales Managers, oversee multiple divisions and develop strategies to drive sales performance, exceeding goals and meeting financial and operational objectives across teams.
- Team Development & Sales Enablement:
- Managers: act as resources for Sales Associates, providing in-person feedback and training both through our tech platform and in the field, while overseeing key sales metrics to ensure targets are met.
- Directors & VPs: lead divisional training, mentor managers to enhance team performance, and ensure high participation in sales enablement programs.
- Market & Competitive Analysis:
- Managers: Monitor market conditions and recommend marketing or incentive programs.
- Directors & VPs: Lead market analysis and drive strategic recommendations to optimize performance.
- Sales Enablement & Training:
- Managers: Support recurring sales training through our platform and in-person sessions.
- Directors & VPs: Lead training initiatives and ensure high participation in sales enablement programs.
- Model Home & Community Standards:
- Managers: Manage model home coverage and maintain community presentation standards.
- Directors & VPs: Ensure divisional execution of community and model home standards.
- Executive Collaboration:
- Managers: Participate in Manager-level training.
- Directors & VPs: Engage in executive meetings to shape company-wide initiatives and strategic goals.
Requirements
- Sales Managers: Minimum 2 years of new home sales management experience.
- Sales Directors: Minimum 2 years as a new home sales director.
- Sales Vice Presidents: Minimum 3 years as a new home sales VP, 10+ years in the industry, and experience managing a state or region.
- Skills: Strong leadership, customer engagement, and sales strategy expertise.
- Tech Proficiency: Advanced skills in Zoom, MS Office, and the ability to adapt to new technologies swiftly.
- Education/License: A bachelor’s degree is preferred; a valid real estate license is required within six months of hire.
- Availability: Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
- Other Requirements: Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current liability insurance are essential. A background check will be conducted.
