What we do: Customer-Led Voice Assistants

PolyAI builds enterprise voice assistants that carry on natural conversations with customers to solve their problems. Our voice assistants understand customers, regardless of what they say or how they say it. We serve enterprises where customer conversation is an important part of doing business. Our customers include some of the leading names in banking, hospitality, insurance, retail, and telecommunications.

Our enterprise clients deploy PolyAI voice assistants to cut down on wait times and free up live staff to focus on calls requiring empathy and judgment. As a result, our enterprise clients see improved customer satisfaction, employee retention and operational efficiency.

Salary: $150,000-$160,000 basic salary + 25k commission and Equity

Requirements

The Role:

As a member of the sales team, this role will empower AEs, SEs, CSMs, partnership team and BDRs to overachieve KPIs. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and rollout of onboarding and ongoing enablement for the entire GTM organization. You will partner cross-functionally (sales, ops, marketing, product, etc.) to build and deliver ongoing training on PolyAI messaging, sales processes, and best practices to reduce the sales cycle and increase revenue. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Work cross-functionally to create and maintain training content, messaging, and onboarding curriculum
  • Manage training on sales tools,  partner with marketing in maintaining  our content library (Seismic), and training platform (Lessonly)
  • Support improving ramp time by running sales onboarding programs for AEs and BDRs
  • Organize training events for new releases of content, customer learnings, sales process, etc.
  • Gather feedback from AE & BDR teams to support continuous improvement of enablement programs - particularly in tracking various stages of the sales funnel and recognizing what content and training needs to be created in order to improve conversion and close rates.
  • Work closely with marketing to build and iterate impactful pitch decks and other marketing materials.
  • Be familiar with Gong and other sales tools to gather insight from current practices and push out best practices along with areas of development at the team/individual level.

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years in sales enablement experience at a high growth startup (ideally have a combination of both)
  • Previous experience as individual sales contributor is ideal.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with contact center solutions is a plus
  • Ability to create and maintain fresh content via different tools, Google, PPT, LMS, etc..
