PatientIQ is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager who can lead the development of an early stage data platform from inception to launch and through the entire product lifecycle. As a member of the PatientIQ product team, you will partner with an engineering manager and a team of engineers, to create a new core parts of our platform.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers and how they use our product through internal feedback, data, and regular interaction with users.
- Construct a product plan in a hypothesis-driven, data-informed written narrative that aligns with the business strategy and OKRs.
- Empower a cross-functional team of Engineers, Product Designers, Quality Assurance, Customer Success, and others to plan and execute impactful work.
- Lead the product development ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, design reviews, retrospectives, and any ad hoc meetings needed to support the team.
- Provide the context and information required to make product, design, and engineering decisions in written form using product proposals, product specs, and user stories.
- Collaborate with design on problem and solutions discovery efforts to validate product plans, including prototype testing, user testing, and user research.
- Organize product launch activities, including planning milestones, preparing internal teams, and gathering feedback.
- Monitor the impact of all efforts using quantitative and qualitative measures and actively adjust plans to optimize impact.
- Contribute to all product evangelism efforts, including writing release notes, demoing to internal teams, providing status updates, and attending customer calls.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability taking new products to market and managing them through the full product lifecycle.
- Experience building modern, external (customer-facing) data products. Strong skills in data analysis, and thorough understanding of data engineering concepts.
- Experience working with clinical data, including a strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and interoperability challenges.
- Experience making data-driven product decisions and owning the outcomes of those decisions.
- Effective communication and collaboration with executive stakeholders.
- Strong prioritization skills and great instincts about what matters
