THE POSITION
Naehas is seeking to hire a dynamic Solution Architect who will own the success of implementing our platform for various enterprise clients. You will be responsible for ushering some of the world’s largest financial, insurance, and media companies through the initial and continued adoption of disruptive enterprise software. Our ideal candidate will work collaboratively with our customers and internal stakeholders to define their business, technical and architectural requirements to effectively shape the implementation approach for projects and drive successful business outcomes.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Director of Professional Services, this is an incredible opportunity to work with Naehas’ largest and most strategic customers at respected and well-known brands. Internally, this is also an opportunity to contribute to the maturity of the Naehas Professional Services team and the development of Naehas’ products through customer feedback and industry best practices.
THE TEAM
You will be part of a team that advocates for our customers by understanding their business challenges and collaborating with empathy to deliver a high-quality customer experience. You will work to understand the customer's business needs and give prescriptive guidance on how to create business value with technology. The Professional Services team provides an instrumental layer of success for enterprise customers through custom solutions, technical expertise, and enterprise solution delivery.
Requirements
THE REQUIRED SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, and 5-plus years of experience in the financial or fintech industry
- Demonstrable experience in solution design & technical delivery of Software As A Service (SaaS) platforms/equivalent in Financial Services.
- Experience leading customer-facing discovery sessions to conceptualize and design complex business solutions for clients in the financial services industry.
- Ability to manage discovery, design, and delivery of complex business solutions that span multiple existing, siloed teams at the client. This means managing the needs and expectations of many people who have been doing things differently from each other for decades. This is the single biggest contributor to complexity on our projects.
- Experience documenting customer problems and software solutions using business requirement document(s), wireframes, diagrams, workflows, and mockups.
- Proven results contributing to customer and/or partner success stories in the following domains: front- and back-end solution architecture, change management, and direct leadership in designing solutions that meet or exceed customer needs.
- Excellent presentation and verbal skills with technical, non-technical, end-user, and executive audiences
- Strong understanding of APIs, REST, and integration architectures.
- Willingness to travel. Our typical projects can require up to 20% travel at times may be short notice due to client requests.
THE PREFERRED SKILLS
- Understanding of the architectural principles of web-based platforms including SaaS and multi-tenancy
- Understanding of sales process and methodologies preferred
- Experience with advanced data analysis techniques
- Fintech industry experience
Base Salary: $130,000.00 - $160,000.00
WITHIN 1 MONTH YOU’LL
- Assist existing Professional Services resources involved in the implementation and begin to lay the core knowledge foundation.
- Sound understanding of Naehas Solutions and best practice workflow.
- Meet with the Product Management team to understand current competencies and solutions, backlog, and solution delivery process.
- Meet with relevant teams within the organization and more broadly across the company. You’ll be working cross-functionally and building relationships early that will set you up for success!
- Factor these learnings and observations into your 30-60-90-day plan which you will present to your hiring manager. This will set you up for success to continue to get to know your org and the business and build bridges across the company.
WITHIN 3-6 MONTHS YOU’LL
- Lead consultative engagements with customers on the technical and business challenges related to their digital marketing initiatives.
WITHIN 6 MONTHS YOU’LL
- Lead the implementation of a strategic customer account, delivering end-to-end implementation from discovery, design, configuration, UAT, and training through launch and post-launch services with a variety of technical/non-technical stakeholders.
- Create, manage, and present an actionable business requirements document /blueprint that aligns a customer’s business needs to integrate with downstream ESPs and/or other delivery systems.
- Present high-level overviews of ESP and/or other delivery system architecture and integration capabilities.
- Conduct solutions presentations and obtain customer acceptance to solution design. Guide customers through solution deployment.
- Manage multiple client engagements and work with associated team members.
- Deliver ongoing check-ins to ensure all best practices are followed and any deviations from best practices are documented.
- Collaborate with other Naehas Professional Services team members to continuously uplevel each other’s skills, experience, and expertise.
WITHIN 12 MONTHS YOU’LL
- Actively participate in the community by delivering reusable assets, and success stories and helping the community grow.
- Support Customer Success & Pre-Sales organizations with sales and expansion opportunities by validating solutions & identifying opportunities in existing accounts.
- Provide architecture leadership and deep domain subject matter expertise with internal partners and external stakeholders to translate prospect and customers’ business requirements into holistic solutions with Naehas as an integral part of the end-to-end workflow and architecture.
