Solution Delivery Manager

Resource Innovations is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to join our growing team in Chicago, Illinois. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager with a strong background in energy efficiency program implementation to join our dynamic team. As a Solution Delivery Manager, you will work with clients and the team to deliver income-eligible energy efficiency offerings to utility customers. Through these offerings, customers improve the energy efficiency of their homes and save energy and money on their utility bills. Our offerings focus on improving quality of life, affordability, and equitable access to services. Specifically, you will manage client relationships, coordinate across internal and external teams to accomplish tasks, lead forecasting, accruals, and budget management, and support staff management, development, and training.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as client main point of contact with responsibility for accurate reporting and timely responses to requests
• Lead cross functional teams to accomplish tasks including Operations, Finance, IT, Engineering, Planning, and Marketing
• Develop and maintain partnerships with external community-based organizations, non-profits, and other partners to work towards achieving shared goals.
• Lead continuous improvement by reviewing program tools and processes and supporting teams in optimization
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• BS or BA Mandatory
• 5+ years of work experience in relevant position
• Superior organization, communication, and time management skills
• Interest in energy efficiency and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment

Preferred skills, education and experience

• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including comfort in public speaking
• Advanced degree in relevant field
