Full Job Description
The Sr. Manager of Partnership Enablement works closely with the Chief Growth Officer to optimize and streamline sales processes, strategies, and systems to drive revenue growth, enhance partnerships/sales team performance, and improve overall operational efficiency. This role aims to align sales activity with organizational goals and objectives, foster cross-functional collaboration, and leverage data-driven insights to drive informed decision-making. Ultimately, the mission is to enable the sales organization to achieve its targets, maximize partner/customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success and growth of the business.
In this role you will get to:
- Create and ensure adoption of processes and best practices that increase sales domestically and internationally.
- Develop and maintain practical sales playbooks that simply and effectively articulate sales best practices across the full sales lifecycle
- Create a sales toolbox that contains all customer-facing resources – as part of the “Selling at Riverside” internal professional learning program
- Define and articulate internally efficient and customer centric handoffs between sales, success and support
- Build, implement, and maintain a deal desk that efficiently serves as the trusted authority in all pricing, discounts, and contracts
- Build a full set of Riverside Deal Desk requirements including process and system creation
- Collaborate with internal teams to select and/or build, and implement a Product Configuration, Pricing, and Quote production solution.
- Drive efficiencies and manage contracts through complex B2B sales motions
- Design and embed templates into Hubspot and provide monthly reporting on rep compliance with plans to sales leadership.
- Own and address rep inquiries on comp plans, exceptions, and discrepancies
- Design and build training for sales reps that effectively drives adoption of all sales best practices.
- Monitor and analyze Riverside sales performance to identify gaps and implement targeted training to bridge them.
- Build and implement an RFP and vendor procurement process that efficiently sources, manages, and wins RFPs

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required, and 3+ years in a structured sales environment
- 3+ years of proven successful experience leading sales enablement, pre and post-sales process-oriented work, and supporting a large sales team in the education space.
- Experience developing streamlined playbooks
- Familiarity with pre-sale contract/RFP/RFI/RFQ processes.
- High attention to detail
- Experience leading outcome-focused sales enablement and an understanding of how different sales strategies and motions drive results.
- Instructional design and training development skills for creating comprehensive and engaging training programs.
- Consultative and persuasive collaborator with communication and relationship building skills to drive adoption of best practices and process.
- Strong mentoring skills to guide reps
- Ability to implement certification processes
- Financial business acumen and ability to work within guardrails, while appreciating deal nuances, to make financially beneficial decisions.
- Understanding of CPQ solutions and experience evaluating, selecting, and implementing vendor software.
Physical Requirements for this position
- Remote
- Up to 25% travel for off-site team meetings
- May require stationary positions (sitting or standing) for extended periods.

Salary: $130,000-$135,000 plus annual bonus
