1 Resource Group is seeking a Project Administrative Coordinator to join our clients scaffolding team in Lebanon, IN. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Project Managers and assist with the coordination of various projects. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers with administrative tasks and project coordination
- Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish
- Organize and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments
- Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for project team members
- Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and other materials
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and vendors as necessary
- Perform data entry and maintain project databases
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Experience in project management or construction industry is a plus
$24.00-$26.00 hr DOE + overtime
