Branch Collections Manager Responsibilities:

• Hire, develop & motivate team members
• Manage delinquency & charge-off 
• Pull & review collection & lending reports
• Back up the Branch General Manager as needed 

Collections Manager Requirements:

• 1+ years of management/team leader experience
• 1+ years of collections experience
• Good computer, customer service & leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license 

Branch Collections Manager Work Hours:

• No Sundays
• 5-day work week schedule
• 40 - 45 hours per week
• 1 Saturday off per month
• Weekday off if a Saturday is worked
• Office hours: M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4
