Work Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (occasional overtime possible)
Pay Rate: $37+/hr
We are hiring a Clinical Trial Label Innovation Project Manager to work with-in supply management for one of our premium pharma clients. The CT label innovation project manager associate is responsible to help ensure timely delivery of various project elements leading up to project go-live and beyond. The position will require following any and all applicable quality and regulatory requirements. Effectively collaborate with internal/external partners and carefully manage deliverables and timelines.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with internal/external partners to facilitate label template creation and development.
· Effective planning for upcoming work and communication to interested parties as needed.
· Collaborate and openly communicate with the template SME (Subject Matter Expert) and external printing partners.
· Coordinate, track, and ensure timely completion of various tasks (yours and others) to meet project milestones.
· Prevent and mitigate issues through planning and regular, open communication.
· Proactively identify and resolve issues as required.
Develop SAP label template creation skills and own the process.
· Learn technical elements of creating and modifying complex label templates in SAP.
· Document the process while learning and refine once owning/performing the process.
· MS Word is the primary tool invoked within SAP.
· Separately develop PDF source templates to be used as detailed guidance for all dimensional aspects and text box placement, including orientation.
· Insert programmatic placeholders from a detailed list to pull in the appropriate text.
Miscellaneous
· Ad hoc involvement with other technical needs to support achievement of project milestones.

Requirements
· Associate Degree or higher
· Packaging, Engineering or Graphic Design experience/education a plus but not required.
· Technically adept and oriented.
· Must be pro-active with self-management skills, ability to lead without oversight.
· Demonstrated effectiveness performing detailed tasks.
· Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet timelines.
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively.
· Must be eager to learn and take action.
· Not afraid to ask questions to ensure understanding.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Must be well versed in Microsoft Office
