Work hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (occasional overtime possible)
Pay rate: $23.00+/hr
Keywords Studios is currently seeking an enthusiastic Distribution Support Specialist to join our Product Research and Development team. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with our esteemed pharmaceutical client in the vibrant city of Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities:
o Create and confirm orders for IWRS and non IWRS studies.
o Confirm shipments in the CTWIN distribution system.
o Work with any Miscellaneous issues.
o Cancel orders.
o Create orders for the Expanded access program: Compassionate Care.
o Use CT-WIN to analyze shipping data in support of processing distribution excursions.
o Email the Hubs or Depots regarding their shipments and include any paperwork associated with it.
o Follow up with Shipping/Receiving Hub/Depots on shipment status/stickering status and updating on-line/internal tracking spreadsheets.
o Create shipping files and manage transfer of documentation to warehouse personnel.
o Manage group email boxes and process date and requests.
o Process Tool 100’s in support of dispositioning shipments to sites.
o Use Trackwise in support of processing Distribution excursions.
o Route and manage Tool 100’s in Veeva vault to support POD +20 process to make unreceived clinical site orders not fit for use (NFFU).
o Confirm orders for the Investigator initiated trial reorder process.
