About This Role:
As an Email Developer, also known as a Technical Producer, at Stitch, you'll be an essential part of our team, leveraging your technical expertise and consulting skills to enhance the success of our clients' email marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be on designing, coding, and documenting innovative email solutions that leverage automation, dynamic content, data-driven segmentation, and other advanced capabilities to drive higher engagement and response rates. In this role, you'll utilize your proficiency in various scripting languages, along with automation and database tools, to flawlessly execute impactful campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Business Strategists at Stitch to create strong Braze-centric solutions for clients, actively contributing to discovery, solutioning, best practices, and change management within assigned client accounts
- Craft mobile-responsive email campaigns using HTML, CSS, and dynamic scripting languages (like handlebars and Liquid)
- Translate other templating languages (such as Handlebars, Ampscript, etc.) to Liquid
- Efficiently prepare Photoshop files, including expertly slicing and resizing images as needed
- Empower our clients' teams by providing comprehensive training sessions on how to maximize the potential of our implemented solutions
- Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing email revisions and other production-related matters promptly
- Create detailed campaign documentation, including customized work instructions tailored to each client
- Complete quality assurance processes for other Technical Producers on the team
- Bring new ideas, recommendations, and solution write-ups to other Technical Producers directly, during office hours, and within projects
- Build trust with coworkers and clients by completing commitments within the required timeframe
- Effectively manage your time to achieve quarterly billable targets and balance 3-5 projects at once
- Continue to build your knowledge of Braze's platform by pursuing certifications
- Do your part to help Stitch achieve its quarterly and yearly objectives
- Occasionally travel, up to 20%, to client sites to actively participate in strategic discussions with a high level of engagement. You will travel to Stitch's headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana during your first week for an in-office onboarding experience.
- Perform additional duties as assigned and needed
Requirements
- 3 or more years of experience in email development
- HTML/CSS coding experience
- Proficiency in dynamic scripting languages
- In-depth understanding of scripting languages and relational data
- Previous experience in a consulting capacity is highly desirable
- Bonus points for experience coding in liquid
- Ability to travel up to 20%.
- Availability to travel to Stitch's headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana during your first week for onboarding
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
