Finance Specialist

Our partner in Camby (Indianapolis, IN), is seeking a Finance Specialist to join their team. This role offers an opportunity to work within a small team environment, contributing significantly to the company's success. The position involves a variety of responsibilities related to finance and compliance, with a focus on DCAA regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Proposing and submitting Incurred Costs Proposal Model (ICE) in accordance with FAR 52.216-7.
• Adjusting and modifying local ERP system to be compliant with DCAA regulations.
• Acting as the main contact for DCAA audits.
• Training others while implementing DCAA requirements.
• Ensuring that programs adhere to DCAA standards and are invoiced correctly in the PIEE system.
• Ensuring that quotations conform to DCAA standards.
• Preparing and analyzing accounting records and financial statements for management and DCAA.
• Assisting with operational procedures.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• BS or BA in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or Associates Degree and a minimum of 6 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in DCAA requirements.
• Familiarity with Cost Accounting.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Great Plains/Dynamics.
• Ability to work independently with strong self-motivation.
• Flexibility and a positive can-do attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
• All candidates must undergo a drug screen and background check.

Benefits

• Pay range: $65,000 - $75,000 (commensurate with experience).
