Role & Responsibilities
- Drive Lean execution on the production floor.
- Identify and reduce waste through project and process execution.
- Schedule production in accordance with operational needs.
- Build and develop a high-performance team.
- Subject matter expert in bakery and manufacturing processes
- Track and monitor KPIs
- Coordinate closely with General Manager facility vision and execution.
- Manage the total operational value chain.

- Near Miss, lost time, and recordables

- Complaints, SQF, Customer audits,

- Waste, OT%, Efficiency, and material cost

- Proven leadership ability in fast-paced production environments
- Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma
- Understanding of the total process
- Translates strategy into action
- Effective communication with all employment levels
- Ability to facilitate effective meetings
- Able to see the big picture and align to strategy.
- High computational acumen
- Skilled with data analysis tools.
Preferred Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain and operations management, or related field.
- At least five (5) years’ experience in food manufacturing management
- Lean Six Sigma Certification
