Position Summary:
As a Project Executive (PX), you will oversee multiple multi-family projects, and provide leadership and day-to-day operational oversight for all Project Management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also assist in developing and implementing corporate policies to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management & Development
o Mentor and manage construction employees.
o Make staffing recommendations and conduct position evaluations.
Project Portfolio Management
o Address procedural, financial, and technical issues.
o Ensure subcontractor performance and manpower analysis.
o Conduct risk analysis and mitigation.
Monthly Project Reviews:
o Monitor project financial health, schedule, safety, staffing, and QA/QC.
Corporate Policy Development
o Collaborate with Project Executives on policy and procedure implementation.
Project Administration
o Oversee project estimates, schedules, subcontracts, and change orders.
o Ensure timely submission of monthly Applications for Payment.
Site Visits & Meetings:
o Attend progress meetings and maintain knowledge of current project status.
o Participate in preconstruction activities and project team meetings.

Requirements
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Education:
o 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
Experience:
o Proven background in multi-family construction project management, managing projects with total value exceeding $250M.
Skills:
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Procore, and related software.
o Strong process management and improvement experience.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Ability to lead a team of professionals and interact positively with all stakeholders.

Financial Responsibilities:
o Full responsibility for the financial success of assigned projects.
o Regular financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
o Collaboration with the VP of Project Management and Construction Accounting for accurate financial management.
Physical Working Conditions:
o Primarily remote/home office environment with regular site visits.
Benefits
Salary: $175k to $190k, plus bonus opportunity
