This position can be part or full time.
Will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering phone calls from contractors and prospective parties, keep tracking and following up with contractors and prospective parties, opening the doors for rental properties, maintaining the rental website(s), checking on property conditions, keeping track of schedules of showings and move-ins and move-outs.
Requirements
Must have the following:
Previous office and leasing experience (at least two years)
Own vehicle and valid drivers license with good driving record
Excellent communication, computer and typing skills
Familiar with office policies and etiquette
Be professional and polite
Organization skills
Detail orientated
Positive attitude
