Quality Manager

Polyram Compounds, LLC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing and implementing quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of product quality are consistently met. The ideal candidate has a strong background in quality management and an understanding of industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Perform regular audits and inspections to assess product quality.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Train and educate employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Maintain and update quality documentation and records.
• Manage and lead a team of quality control technicians.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in quality management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies.
• Experience with IATF, ISO and other quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Requirements

Experience:

• Quality management or related: 3 years (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field (Preferred)
