Regional Supervisor

Dr. Tavel Optical Group, a family-owned medical practice with over 80 years of experience in the optical industry, is seeking a Regional Supervisor to oversee operations in the Southern Region. The ideal candidate will continue Dr. Tavel's legacy of providing top-quality, affordable eye health services and eyewear to Indiana residents. As the Regional Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing multiple store locations, ensuring superior customer service, maintaining excellent staff performance, and meeting revenue goals. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of multiple Dr. Tavel locations in the designated region.
• Ensure excellent delivery of eye health services and customer service.
• Ensure high-performance standards across all offices by providing training and development opportunities to staff.
• Work with the management team to create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and work with the appropriate personnel to ensure satisfactory levels are maintained.
• Respond to feedback from customers and employees, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Regularly review financial reports to monitor office performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the retail or medical industry.
• Demonstrated success in sales and revenue generation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Ability to analyze financial reports and develop strategies for improvement.
• Strong leadership skills with a desire to develop and mentor staff.
• Must be willing to travel between store locations within the designated region.
• Ability to de-escalate a high stress situation.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain prioritization.
