Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Formation and mobilization of the program team
- Partnering with Finance to shape detailed business case/s and ongoing funding requirements for the entirety of the program
- Development of an integrated program plan and roadmap, outlining how major milestones in this initiative align with other large transformational program
- Set up and alignment of governance of the program with other existing digital governance forums
- Identifying and sequencing use cases to leverage interdependencies and deliver maximum value through the life of the program
- Manage the program team to deliver the program plan, track benefits, manage risks/issues and report status, ensuring ongoing alignment to GSC&S Digital Strategy and projects throughout.
Requirements
- Significant Program Management experience with proven delivery track in a digital environment
- Familiarity with Digital Twins and Control Towers / Command center preferably in Supply Chain
- Supply Chain Management knowledge
- Familiarity with leading-edge digital technologies
- Demonstrable experience of senior Stakeholder Management
- Proven track record of collaborating successfully across complex, global, cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated skills in story telling with data and ability to successfully present sophisticated information to senior leaders to influence decision-making in a meaningful way!
- Ability to handle ambiguity and change both effectively and pragmatically.
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree (or equivalent experience)
