Farm Fertilizers & Seeds, Inc. is looking for a talented and experienced Sound Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all sound-related aspects of our productions, ensuring high-quality audio experiences for our customers.
As a Sound Engineer at Farm Fertilizers & Seeds, you will work closely with our production team to design, set up, and operate audio systems for events, conferences, and presentations. You will also be responsible for mixing and mastering audio recordings for our marketing materials, videos, and online content.
We are seeking a candidate with a deep passion for sound and a strong technical background in audio engineering. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve audio-related issues quickly and efficiently. You should also be knowledgeable about the latest audio equipment and software, staying up to date with industry trends and advancements.

Responsibilities
- Design and set up audio systems for events, conferences, and presentations.
- Operate audio equipment during live events, ensuring optimal sound quality.
- Mix and master audio recordings for marketing materials, videos, and online content.
- Collaborate with the production team to create unique and engaging audio experiences for our customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve audio-related issues quickly and efficiently.
- Stay up to date with the latest audio equipment and software, making recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
- Maintain and organize audio equipment inventory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sound Engineering, Audio Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a Sound Engineer or similar role.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of audio equipment and software.
- Strong technical skills in audio recording, mixing, and mastering.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly responsible and professional, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with live sound reinforcement and audio system design is a plus.
- Proficiency in industry-standard audio software and hardware.
