Storm Restoration Quality Control - Universal

The Quality Control Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the construction project onsite. The QCM should have professional experience in the construction industry, demonstrating the necessary skills to effectively manage operations.

Essential Functions

• Inspect projects before, during, and after construction to ensure compliance with safety and quality specifications.
• Monitor the job site to prevent any non-compliance with safety plans, ensuring a workplace free from injuries.
• Conduct material inspections at the job site.
• Report any legal matters related to work quality to their supervisor.
• Supervise the job site and maintain cleanliness.
• Communicate with customers, providing exceptional customer service.
• Review paperwork and crew notes for accuracy.
• Take necessary action to resolve safety and quality issues by stopping work if required.
• Prepare daily Quality Control (QC) reports that reinforce construction activities, ensuring installations are completed according to manufacturer specifications.
• Create, update, and maintain logs of field issues such as material overage or shortages to facilitate accurate ordering.
• Perform project checks once completed, take photos at the job site, and provide customer service.
• Address customer concerns and collect payments.
• Occasionally travel to other regional markets, less than 5% of the time.
• Complete additional assigned duties as required.

Requirements

Professional Experiences & Qualifications

·         Previous OSHA training encourage, all employees will maintain OSHA certifications

·         Past experience in construction industry with field work highly desired

·         Interpersonal Skills

·         Ability to do small repairs

·         Comfortable with the use of technology

·         Bilingual in Spanish and English highly desired
