API Analyst - SARA Plus

This high visibility role will work closely with the Development team and our business partners directly for integration with the SARA Plus platform.  This will include onboarding, integrating and testing partner and SARA Plus APIs, developing and maintaining Postman collections, and communicating with team members on design specifications.

This is a work-from-home position that will report to our West Des Moines, Iowa office.

Responsibilities

• Building Postman collections
• Testing & validating Restful APIs
• Providing customer service / technical guidance for API consumption
• Performing routine validation checks to ensure accuracy
• Working with development and other team members to consistently execute and improve processes

Requirements

• BA/BS with 2+ years of experience in IT or relevant work experience
• Proficiency with Postman
• Comfortable working with XML and JSON
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and influence effectively across various departments
• A drive to understand the core issues and determination to uncover the solution
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized
• Experience with curl, Fiddler, Chrome Dev Console, a plus
• Knowledge/experience of telecom industry a plus
