Full Job Description
The Iowa Primary Care Association is actively recruiting a Behavioral Health Therapist for a community health center, also called a federally qualified health center (FQHC), in Centerville, Chariton, Osceola, Knoxville or Leon, IA.
- Full time therapist for outpatient mental health counseling and crisis intervention services.
What is a community health center (FQHC)?
- The largest source of comprehensive primary care for medically under-resourced communities and populations.
- They have an integrated care model -medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services, patients can access comprehensive, coordinated services often under one roof.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution.
- State licensure in good standing (or license eligible) LISW, LMHC, LMSW, LMFT, LPC, LCSW.
- All qualified applicants will be considered, including temporarily licensed and early career professionals
