The Iowa Primary Care Association is excited to announce an opening at a vibrant community health center (FQHC) in Waterloo, Iowa. Our community health center is a cornerstone of comprehensive primary care, serving as a critical resource for medically under-resourced communities. We integrate medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services to ensure our patients receive coordinated, all-encompassing care, often all under one roof.

Position Details:
Clinic Hours:
- Mon/Tues/Fri: 8am-5pm, Wed/Thurs- 8am-8pm
- Your schedule: Mon/Tues/Friday: 8am-5pm and 11:30am – 8pm either W/TH with the other being 8:30am – 5:30pm.
- Evenings: one evening a week until 8PM, no weekends
Call schedule: none
Patient load: 12-16 per day + hygiene exams
Operatories: 6
Team: 1 dentist, dental hygienists, and dental assistants
Technology: State-of-the-art dental equipment including Scan-X Digital X-ray, GenDex
EHR: Epic Wisdom
Additional Duty: One day a week at Butler County site in Clarksville.
Requirements
DDS/DMD degree from an approved dental school
Benefits
- Competitive Salary: $166,000 - $184,000/year based on experience + productivity incentives
- Student Loan Repayment: Eligible for up to $50,000 for a two-year commitment, with renewal options through state and federal programs

- Contract Length: 1 – 3 years
