Widdison Law Firm is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Litigation Paralegal. Our law firm specializes in providing exceptional legal services to our clients, and the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our litigation department.
As a Litigation Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all aspects of the litigation process. This includes conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, managing case files, preparing trial exhibits, and coordinating with clients and opposing counsel. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, including commercial litigation, personal injury, and employment disputes.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys during the preparation, discovery, and trial process.
- Analyze complex legal data, conduct meticulous research, and present concise findings.
- Prepare and organize legal documents, pleadings, and exhibits accurately.
- Manage both physical and electronic case files efficiently.
- Coordinate with experts, witnesses, and clients effectively.
- Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports appropriately.
- Adhere to deadlines, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate ability to work independently.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a litigation paralegal
- Holds an Associate's degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field
- Preference will be given to candidates who possess relevant certifications (e.g., CLA, CP)
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal software
- Strong research, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
