The Stepping Stones Group is hiring Program Supervisors - BCBA to join our team in schools in Kansas City, KS!

Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) services to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments, and providing training and supervision to behavior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
- Provide ongoing training, supervision, and support to behavior technicians.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Current license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in KS (Required)
- School Based Experience (Preferred)
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.
