We are currently looking for skilled and dedicated CT Technologists to join our team. As a CT Technologist at NCG Associates, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality diagnostic images to aid in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanning equipment to produce accurate and detailed images of patients
• Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort and safety during the scanning process
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to evaluate and interpret imaging results
• Ensure proper functioning of CT equipment and report any malfunctions or issues
• Administer contrast agents as needed for enhanced image quality
• Follow radiation safety guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality
• Accurately document patient information and scan results in electronic medical records
• Stay up to date with technological advancements and best practices in CT imaging

Requirements

• Valid and unrestricted CT Technologist license in the state of practice
• Graduation from an accredited CT Technologist program
• 1 year CT Tech experience in similar size hospital ( acute care, 300 beds)
• Strong understanding of CT scanning techniques, protocols, and safety measures
• Familiarity with various CT equipment and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and high-quality images
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare professionals
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support)

Benefits

Location: Olathe, Kansas

Class/Area: CT Tech

Pay Rate: $2,052-$2,232 Depending on your experience

Desired Start Date: ASAP

Length of Assignment: 13 weeks

Hours per Week: 36hrs

Shift and Time: Nights; 1830-0630 | Fridays, Sat, Sundays

Schedule Details: 12 hrs nights

Weekend Rotation: None

On-call Requirements: None

Holidays Requirements: Required

Floating Requirements: CT techs do transport their patients on nights. We have transport during the day. CT nights only one technologist.

Experience required: 1 year CT Tech experience in similar size hospital ( acute care, 300 beds)

Experience Preferred: GE revolution or Siemens experience, Level 1 Trauma experience, stroke center experience

License Required: ARRT, Kansas License
