Full Job Description

Hire Resolve has teamed up with a prestigious architectural firm, in search of a talented and seasoned Architectural Project Manager to join their team in Lexington, KY.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and review project documents, including design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Obtain and manage necessary permits and approvals.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Oversee project budget and financial management, including cost estimation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and safety on construction sites.
  • Lead project meetings, including coordination meetings, progress meetings, and client presentations.
  • Manage and resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building materials, and construction methods.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and project financial management.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
