Customer Success Manager

AMERICAN METAL WORKS is a leading provider of metal fabrication solutions. We are looking for a talented and motivated Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving their success.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our customers, understanding their needs and goals, and providing them with guidance and support. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer onboarding, adoption, and retention. Additionally, you will identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a passion for understanding customer needs and be able to proactively address any concerns or issues that may arise. Prior experience in a customer success or account management role is highly preferred.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a customer success or account management role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Understanding of customer success metrics and strategies
• Proactive and customer-focused mindset
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required
