Demand Analyst

The Role:

Congo Brands is seeking a Demand Analyst. You will be expected to build sales forecasts accurately and reliably. Your focus will be learning our demand planning process, forecasting a segment of the business, and providing various reporting needs for the team. In this role, the Demand Analyst will align cross-functionally on updated forecasts while also tracking performance to plan and determining where accuracy can be improved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and maintain forecast of a valid Demand Plan covering a rolling 12-month horizon for all items within area/portfolio of responsibility.
• Ensure that the cross-functional team is aligned with the Demand Plan
• Ensure that the plan is correctly shared with our supply planners across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Perform analytical tasks to support the Supply Chain and Operations team, create efficiencies and driving continuous improvements.
• Provide reporting support to team members.

Key Skills and Experience Preferred:

• 1+ year of demand planning experience
• BS or BA degree preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Team oriented, driven to share learnings and knowledge amongst our team to ensure optimum solutions.
