Transportation Analyst

The Role:

Congo Brands is seeking a Transportation Analyst to join our team. As the Transportation Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying discrepancy in load deliveries and carrier/customer invoices. The Transportation Analyst will also be responsible for acting as liaison between multiple departments and the Logistics team in order to help facilitate questions or concerns while helping to streamline workflows.

This role is on-site in our Louisville, KY headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Logistics related support between external departments
• Conducting data analytics and cost saving research & tracking performance for carrier database.
• Claims life cycle tracking (Truckload (FTL/LTL), 3PLs & CoPackers)
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to verify accuracy.
• Preparing monthly reports on operational metrics
• Insure our TMS information is accurate (locations, carrier information, contacts, shipment updates)

Key Skills and Experience Preferred:

• 2+ years of logistics industry experience.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient at time management and good organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Understanding common obstacles and solutions in supply chain.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong teamwork & problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma required.
