Are you ready to take the helm and lead an Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) maintenance team in a dynamic chemical leadership role? We're seeking an experienced E&I Maintenance Leader to drive excellence and ensure the reliability of our critical instrument assets. Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Be the driving force behind our E&I maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety and reliability.
- Instrument PMs: Oversee crucial instrument Preventive Maintenance tasks and manage them efficiently through our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- SIS Testing: Coordinate Safety Instrumented System (SIS) testing, ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations.
- Environmental Analyzers: Maintain and monitor environmental analyzers to meet compliance requirements.
- MOC and Corrective Actions: Manage Management of Change (MOC) processes and Corrective Actions, ensuring adherence to maintenance schedules.
- Safety Promotion: Champion safety within the E&I group and support the professional development of our technicians.
- Reliability Program: Offer guidance on our corporate reliability program and oversee E&I work during plant outages.
- Procurement and Contractor Management: Collaborate on procurement contracts and effectively manage contractor workforces.
- Cost Control: Maintain a keen focus on cost control and budget adherence.

Requirements
Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 years in Electrical and Instrumentation Equipment Maintenance in PSM-regulated chemical plants.
- Management: Over 3 years of proven management experience, including budget management, program oversight, and leading direct reporting staff.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with industrial electrical codes, Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (RAGAGEP), and Process Safety Management (PSM) principles.
- SIS Expertise: Knowledge of Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS).
- Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the specified location without the need for sponsorship.
