Full Job Description
We're looking for a diligent individual to join our team as an Inventory Clerk.
Main responsibilities: Process of seeking cost-effective pricing and timely acquisition of materials, equipment, services or upgrades. Undertake daily tasks associated with buying and selling supplies and assist those in higher positions. Maintain sales logs, receipts and records, arrange business meetings or calls and help with other aspects of the Inventory department as well as look for ways to streamline the purchasing process.
The primary goals in Inventory Clerk include:
- Locating suppliers with goods and services that meet our requirements
- Research of new suppliers for our company
- Creating a delivery flow that reduces raw material inventory but ensures enough goods in stock
- Responsible for running reports weekly for Inventory manager
- Tracking shipments, pack and slips, check deliveries for accuracy
- Preparation for any upcoming events (training/meetings)
- Responsible for Employees Travel Arrangement (Hotel / Food)
- Interact with field employees on a day-to-day basis.
Requirements
Experience:
- 2+ years of inventory control experience
- 2+ years of data entry
