Full Job Description
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Prepares proposals, presentation and qualification packages in collaboration with business development and technical staff.
· Responsible for the organization of marketing resources, including the proposal files, marketing databases and other electronic and physical resources that may be available.
· Manage marketing and communications and development shared drive.
· Coordinate and organize project photography based on approved parameters for schedule and budget.
· Create and update collateral materials including brochures, cut sheets, PPT presentations using existing design templates and brand standards.
· Complete marketing assignment specific to jobsite/company-wide efforts.
· Review industry news for information printed about TBA as well as our clients and competitors.
· Responsible for coordinating communication projects including content development/review, marketing campaigns, press releases and surveys.
· Identify opportunities for various industry awards and recognition and manage the submissions. Produce and submit industry award submissions including research, writing, layout and production.
· Provide support for business development and related meetings, including generation of projection reports.
· Create and publish press releases to showcase projects and company updates.
· Manage social media and other external communications programs
· Assist with production of resumes, proposals, qualification packages and other documents.
· Update and optimize website to keep information current and improve traffic and engagement.
· Lead local market community engagement and volunteer opportunities to help grow TBA’s presence in the regional markets.
· Complete other duties as assigned/required.
Requirements
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
· BS/BA in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations or related field.
· Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
· Excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals.
· Thorough knowledge of marketing databases and proposal resources files.
· Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction industry is preferred.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (specifically InDesign), and other desktop publishing programs
· Ability to work effectively within a group, as well as independently; seek help as needed and contribute to team and company culture.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to quickly adjust in a fast-paced environment, and to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.
· Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills. Technical writing skills are a plus.
· Creative thinker with a positive attitude who enjoys a challenge and finding solutions.
