Testronic is a global leader in quality assurance and testing services for the entertainment industry. We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a North American Sales Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client accounts in the North American market. Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned client accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients.
- Develop account plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new leads.
Requirements
The main duty of this position is to oversee and maintain sales accounts in North America. Additionally, the secondary duty involves acquiring new customers by promoting our services. Furthermore, there will be responsibilities to upsell our services to existing customers. Moreover, the incumbent will be responsible for providing sales materials to support the growth of our business.
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong background in sales and account management. The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management (Preferred)
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of quality assurance and testing services is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Ability to travel will be necessary for 20% of the total workload.
- Preferred locations: California or Washington State.
